AKB48 New (Minegishi) Team 4 Created

On the 3rd day (24th August 2013) of the AKB48 Tokyo Dome concerts as part of their [Manatsu no Dome Tour], a New Team 4 was announced! This will have Minegishi Minami as the Captain, and the newly promoted members who were the 13th and 14th generation kenkyuusei.

Here is the full list of Team 4 members:

Minegishi Minami (Captain)

Aigasa Moe
Iwatate Saho
Umeta Ayano
Okada Ayaka
Kitazawa Saki
Shinozaki Ayana
Takashima Yurina
Murayama Yuiri
Mogi Shinobu

Hashimoto Hikari
Kojima Mako
Maeda Mitsuki
Nishino Miki
Okada Nana
Uchida Natsuki

The members above the line break are the 13th generation members, and those below the 14th generation. This is all the remaining 13th and 14th generation, meaning that AKB48 kenkyuusei now consists solely of 15th generation members.

It is unknown whether they will be officially titled "Minegishi Team 4" like the rest of the teams, and if they will start performing a different stage or carry on performing their revival of Team B's 3rd Stage [Pajama Drive].

Team N 3rd Stage Called [Koko ni datte Tenshi wa Iru]

On the second day of AKB48's Tokyo Dome Concerts, dates for new stages for all teams were announced. Among them is the long-awaited 3rd Stage for Team N. For this stage, the title has also been revealed. It will be called  [Koko ni datte Tenshi wa Iru] (which can be translated to "Angels are here"/ "Even angels are here"). The Shonichi will take place on October 26. One song of this stage, [Aoi Tsuki ga Miteru Kara], has already been performed during the Kyocera Dome Concert on August 7.

This stage will be the first original one for Team N after they have performed Team A 3rd's [Dareka no Tame ni] and Team K2nd's [Seishun Girls], as well as a revival of the already rehashed stage [Dareka no Tame ni]. In February last year, Team N 3rd had been originally announced for May 12, 2012 but was then postponed to August 19, 2012, then to October 8, 2012 and later postponed indefinitely.

In contrast to the previous times, we now have a title and a song out of the stage, so this time it is very likely that the stage is really happening. Three years after NMB48's debut and two years and almost five moths after Team N was formed, the first original NMB48 stage might finally happen!

For the other Shonichi dates please refer to this post .

I am really excited and so happy though part of me still doesn't really believe that N3rd is happening. One and a half year have passed since the stage was first announced. One and a half year of promises and disappointments for the Team N girls as well as their fans. This better be one of the best stages ever!

New Stages Announced for All Teams from all Groups with Shonichi Dates

During Day 2 of the Tokyo Dome concert as part of the AKB48 [Manatsu no Dome Tour], it was announced that all Teams (in Japan) will get new stages. This is Team's A, K, B, S, KII, E, N, M, BII, H. Team N's new stage will be titled [Koko ni Datte Tenshi wa Iru]. Here are the dates of the shonichi's (debut performances) in chronological order:

NMB48 3rd Year Anniversary Concert Announced + Team N New Song

Today at AKB48's Kyocera Dome Concert's first day, it was announced that for NMB48's 3rd year anniversary they will hold a concert in Osaka Hall. Further details such as the name of the concert has not been revealed.

The concert is set for October 12th and 13th (with two concerts on the 13th), right after SKE48's Request Hour in Nagoya which is on October 10th and 11th.

Along with that, we finally have something going on with Team N's original stage that is Team N's 3rd stage that has been in works for more than a year now. Today at the concert, Team N performed a new song which is from their N3 set list titled [Aoi Tsuki ga Miteru Kara].

Finally N3 seems like it will be announced soon, hopefully in their Osaka concert. N3 announcement had been pushed back again and again. I hope this time, its a concrete confirmation. Looking forward to it!

There are still no details about B-sides.

While Tashima has been HKT48's center since their first original song, [Hatsukoi Butterfly], the announcement of a double center with Tomonaga was a surprise to both fans and members. Members said that they only learned of it during the photo shooting session for the single cover. Miyawaki Sakura wrote a long post on her Google+ talking about how frustrated she felt for not being picked as one of the centers, even though she placed 26th in the last Senbatsu Election (second highest rank in HKT48 after Sashihara Rino).
