It was announced on NMB48's official blog that Team M member Hikawa Ayame will take a break from NMB48. She has a leg injury and needs time to rest and do rehabilitation.

Since about 3,4 months ago, my leg injury and physical condition hasn't been good and there were times I was abesent from work and stage shows. I think if I continued to drag on (this situation) like this I would cause troubles, and as a result of talking to the staff, I will take a short break.
