Watarirouka Hashiritai is back after a 6 months hiatus, with their 6th single, Hetappi Wink! This time, it features the members in cute, Snow White like costumes. Nothing too far from their concept. It went on sale a day before, and the 7 member sub-unit managed to come in at #2 after Johnny group KAT-TUN, with 30k units sold.
While coming in #2 is indeed an achievement and 30k is considered a good amount of sales, I must say I thought they would be able to do much better. Their previous single, Valentine Kiss, had sold more than 45k units on its first day.
With AKB48 and its growing popularity, one would have thought that its sub units would do well together with it. Nevertheless, let's continue supporting them and hope to see something from the weekly charts!
P.S: This is the second instance where KAT-TUN and Watarirouka released their singles on the same week. Hmmm...
