Akimoto Yasushi made an announcement through his G+ saying that the 26th single of AKB48 will be released in the month of May. The single will be performed on the 2nd day of AKB's concert [Gyoumu Renraku. Tanomu zo, Katayama Buchou!] in Saitama Super Arena which starts from March 23rd till 25th.
Whether this is the election voting single or not, hasn't been revealed but if the 4th Senbatsu Elections will be happening then yes, this is the single through which you vote.
I really don't want this to be a repetition of last year or the year before that but preferably something like GIVE ME FIVE, still about summer but with a different concept.
