JKT48 Trainee New Stage [Boku no Taiyou] Announced

JKT48 Trainees will hold the Senshuuraku (Last performance) for their current [Pajama Drive] stage on May 12th. From then onwards they will be performing a new stage [Boku no Taiyou], which originally was done by AKB48's now defunct Himawari-gumi.

This is the first time that the JKT48 Trainees will take on a stage that has not been performed by Team J. Pajama Drive was Team J's first stage, and is the only stage that the Trainees performed since they debuted back in January 2013.

Melos: OMG I can't wait to see this when I fly over to Indonesia at the end of the month. The Himawari stages are my personal favourites, so this is like a dream come true for me. The highlight for this stage has got to be Dreamin' Girls, which is an A cappella (no background music) song, and Lay Down, which is one of the sexier songs in AKB48's catalogue.

Jul3: I find it funny that the AKB48 kenkyuusei recently switched from performing [Boku no Taiyou] (taking over from Team 4) to [Pajama Drive], thus meaning the AKB48 and JKT48 kenkyuusei have effectively switched stages.
