Well it's about time. Two years have passed since they released their first Album in 2008 and I was wondering for a while when they will release their next. I figured that since they did a two years album for the first, the next one will be in two years (which is 2010) and I got it right.
The release date is set for 07 April 2010 (10/04/07). At this moment, the title is still unknown though i'm guessing it's going to be [SET LIST~Greatest Songs 2008-2009~] like what they did for the 1st.
The CD will consist of a total of 15 tracks. 13 of them are previously released songs which could be either only from the singles or with some stage songs added in. The other 2 tracks will be new songs that we have never heard before (or maybe have). Yes, they are recording two completely new songs just for this single. AKB is giving away a lot nowadays.I'm hoping that the new tracks are covers of other songs. Then there is a possibility of them doing Serafuku o Nugasanai de.
Then there is the DVD. The DVD will have the Making Of videos from all the recent Singles which had PVs. Which means Iiwake Maybe, Tobenai Agehachou, RIVER, Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara, Hikoukigumo, Sakura no Shiori, Majisuka Rock 'n' Roll, Enkyori Poster, Choose Me!. Not really sure about Enkyori Poster and Choose Me! though. The DVD will also include Choreography Clips. Not sure what those are though. Videos of the girls learning the choreography? Or maybe something like Dance Shot but more step by step?
My guess of what the CD tracklist is:
01. Oogoe Diamond
02. Junen Zakura
03. Namida Surprise
04. Iiwake Maybe
05. RIVER
06. Sakura no Shiori
07. Tobenai Agehachou
08. Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara
09. Majisuka Rock 'n' Roll
10. AKB Sanjou! (Team A)
11. Saishuu Bell ga Naru (Team K)
12. Idol no Yoake (Team B)
13. Dreamin' Girls (Himawari-gumi)
14. New Track
15. New Track
