HKT48, the newest 48 group based in Fukuoka, Japan has opened their official website! Their theater is situated in Hawks Town Mall in Fukuoka. This is fifth 48 group in Japan (excluding OJS48) and had plans of debuting this year. 24 girls had already passed the first stage of auditions back in July.
The website does not give much for now. We can check out their blog, about the group, about the producer Akimoto Yasushi (which is the same thing as in all the other OOO48 official sites), and the links to other OOO48 groups. Also we can also see their logo's color is black.
Nothing about their debut has been heard yet so my guess is they will be debuting around January - February next year seeing as their official site is up. Maybe during AKB48's next Request Hour concert?
